Franklin County is in the process of updating it's Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP). The development of a new CDP is needed at this time in response to pending challenges related to projected growth. The CDP presents an opportunity to address the specific needs of the community and improve the quality of life enjoyed by current and future residents.
