Planning and Inspections staff will no longer issue permits after 4:00 PM.
Effective Wednesday, August 1, 2018:
Scheduled inspections NOT CANCELLED by 12:00 P.M. the day prior to inspection may incur a re-inspection charge of $55.00.
We DO NOT give times for the inspections. All projects must be 100% ready on the day of the scheduled inspection by 8 a.m. Inspections are typically performed between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. during normal business hours.
Sub-slips must be received before scheduling inspections.
