The Franklin County Soil Survey is available on CD, hard copy, or on the internet. If you would like a free copy of the soil survey, please stop by our office. If you would like a copy mailed to you, please send your name, address and a check for $3.15 to cover postage to:

The Franklin County Soil Survey can now be accessed through the NRCS Soil website. All information in the official survey copy is now available online, including detailed soils descriptions and interpretations. SOILS MAPS are not currently available online, but digital soils maps can be copied or printed by office staff.
