The Franklin County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division is commanded by Captain William Mitchell.
The Patrol Division is comprised of:
- Patrol - Approximately 25 full and part time officers
- Civil - 4 full time officers
- SRO's - 4 full time officers
- SCOPE - 2 full time officers
