Industrial Parks  

Franklin County’s five industrial parks offer sites suitable for business of all kinds at affordable prices, often with attractive financial incentives, and prime locations that make them highly desirable for businesses to locate or expand.

Louisburg Industrial Park

This 156-acre park located on T. Kemp Rd. (off of N.C. 56)  in Louisburg is certified as development ready and suitable for light industrial use.

Triangle North Franklin

This 252-acre park features a new 33,900 SF office/industrial building, adjacent Triangle North Executive Airport  and the highest level of state tax credits (Tier 1, $12,500 per job) available in North Carolina.

Youngsville Commerce Center  

This 16-acre park off U.S. 1 in Youngsville is ideally suited for manufacturing and distribution office or warehouse space.

Park is approximately 25% developed with 75% raw land.

Infrastructure is in place to available property within these parks to handle additional capacity for future development.   During the past 18-24 months we have had four new companies locate in these parks: Eaton Corporation, Brock Cabinets, Forse, Inc. and VFC.  We have also had six companies expand during the same time period: Arch Aluminum and Glass, Southern Lithoplate, Suretech Assembly, Welsh Paper and Packaging, Covenant Trucking and Youngsville Truck Tires and Services.
